A little bit about us.....

 

The International Lifestyle Magazine is owned and operated by Julian and Lynn Nicholson

International Lifestyle Magazine focuses on positive lifestyle choices from around the globe, be it Kayaking in Thailand, marathon running in Peru or exploring the Galapagos Islands, The International Lifestyle Magazine searches the world to bring you the unusual and the interesting.

Lynn Nicholson: Extensive experience in the Automotive retail sector, where she ran the largest Audi dealership in London. She "woke up" and realised she was spending her life chained to a desk and missing the most important years , so she moved to Spain, to the top of a mountain. She re-trained as an holistic nutritionist, collected a number of animals, wrote a small book and then, with her whole family, she launched the Lifestyle Magazine. Her life is now about her family, her animals, the magazine, nutrition and writing a new book . A huge life change...HAS NEVER LOOKED BACK! Lynn has also since started a pig sanctuary.

"We believe that positivity starts from within and therefore we look at great food and nutrition not to mention the fitness of our mind and body! We feature inspirational people from around the planet who come in many guises from all walks of life! The ILM is packaged with great design and photography and remember  it´s FREE online (a small charge is made for ipad/ i phone via the app but that is beyond our control I'm afraid)." - Lynn Nicholson

​Julian Nicholson: Private Helicopter Pilot, Competed in the British National Motorcycle Racing Championships, and the National Alfa Romeo Car Racing Championships, is a film producer and actor. Julian started his first business at the age of 18.  During the 90s Julian operated a database business serving the Automotive Retail Sector gaining recognised official partnership with Mercedes Benz UK ltd and Ferrari. Now living in rural Spain and running the International Lifestyle Magazine and the family fruit farm, he is enjoying "a whole new way of life"

"All too often I have met people who for one reason or another, have convinced themselves that they are stuck in their life somehow. Doing a job that they don´t really enjoy, to earn not quite enough money to buy the things they don´t really need to impress people that they don´t really like. I hope that by looking through our magazine and seeing the truly positive and inspirational people that feature within it, the message reaches out...with a strong positive attitude and a wider horizon you can make a huge difference to yourself and those around you...these people inspire me everyday"
